Acne Treatment
Coastline DPC offers consultations for acne in which we will help determine the cause of your acne and then recommend treatment options. We can prescribe and dispense oral and topical treatment options including isotretinoin ("Accutane").

Weight-loss

At Coastline DPC we understand the complexities of management and treatment of your weight and wellness.
We offer a 12 week intensive weight loss program with or without medication assistance. This includes an initial consult, monthly in person visits and weekly tele-health visits. A continued 4 month maintenance program with monthly in person or tele-health visits is available for those who feel the continued support and accountability is helpful.
Medications to assist with weight loss can cost as little as $10/month without insurance (this does not include new agents such a Ozempic and Mounjaro).
12 week program:

- Contraception consult-$100
- Contraception consult with placement of long-acting reversible contraception (Nexplanon or IUD): $200 not including cost of device
- Musculoskeletal injections: knee, shoulder, carpal tunnel, thumb arthritis, trigger fingers with steroid $150
- 90-minute detailed physical examination with health care recommendations, orders and standard screening blood work. Follow-up on any abnormal findings is not included and patient will be recommended to establish care with this office or another office for on-going evaluation and management. - $250
