Contraception consult with placement of long-acting reversible contraception (Nexplanon or IUD): $200 not including cost of device
Musculoskeletal injections: knee, shoulder, carpal tunnel, thumb arthritis, trigger fingers with steroid $150
90-minute detailed physical examination with health care recommendations, orders and standard screening blood work. Follow-up on any abnormal findings is not included and patient will be recommended to establish care with this office or another office for on-going evaluation and management. - $250
